Sekai suggests finding Mirei, covering her with white powder or something to make her look like Miria, and substituting her in, but then says he was kidding and he's scrapping his plan. Niña points out if they lose, the Forces of Darkness will take over the island and ban healing magic, but she still refuses. Her mission is to help people, so she cannot stand making the sisters suffer, even if they are enemies. She apologizes and says she can't do this anymore. Miria becomes depressed and more so when Sekai congratulates her and says the sisters will either lose or forfeit. Plus, the sisters are exhausted so defeating them should be easier in the next rounds. She finds the tunnel blocked with rocks, but can feel air flowing from the gaps. Meanwhile, Leafa finds a secret passage in the Japanese castle leading underground.
